Terms & Conditions

Deposit And Balance

  • A 50% deposit of the total cost is required within (5) banking days of receiving your payment details.
  • Bookings made less than 48hrs before arrival will require full payment.
  • The 50% balance is required on arrival to be able to access the room.

Payment

  • The payment details will be sent via email
  • Payments can be made via any Republic Bank branch in Trinidad and Tobago, via online transfer, mobile transfer, western union, or money-gram services.

Cancellation / Postponement

  • All confirmed reservations will be subject to a 50%deduction of your down payment upon cancelling.
  • Please note, inclusive of postponement, cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival date to redeem your 50% refund of your down payment.
  • In the case of postponement, a maximum of 6 months from your original arrival date is granted to utilize the reservation. However, if not used within the previously mentioned period, your reservation and deposit will be deemed invalid.
  • Please be advised that postponement is not allowed on peak periods such as Carnival, Easter, Christmas, Long holiday weekends and July / August.

Liability and Insurance

The use of the accommodation, grounds, equipment or other amenities is entirely at your risk and we accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to guests personally, their belongings or vehicles.

Swimming Pool Safety

We want you to have an enjoyable and problem free holiday, so it is essential that you follow these rules:

  • Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the pool area.
  • There is no life guard at the pool.
  • No running in the pool area and no diving.
  • No alcohol in the pool area.
  • Please do not enter the villa whilst still wet. Ceramic tiles in the villa will be very slippery.

Please note that you use the pool entirely at your own risk.
